A certified chef and graduate of the renowned Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts in New York City and is certified by the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene for Food Protection and Handling. She specializes in health supportive cuisine and takes pride in offering plant based meals prepared with unprocessed ingredients. As a dedicated vegan for over fourteen years she is committed to bringing an array of vibrant and flavorful dishes to her clients. For the past five years she has worked at New York City's premiere raw vegan restaurant Pure Food and Wine as Executive Pastry Chef. She also has been the sole proprietor of Pig Out; Vegan Personal Chef, a private client based meal delivery service serving New York City, since 2010. She has prepared meals for Kevin Bacon, Alicia Silverstone, Cory Booker, Jake Gyllenhaal, Anne Hathaway, Preston Bailey, Forrest Whitaker, Oprah, Martha Stewart, Nas, Michelle Pfeiffer, Tim Robbins, Ann Curry, Chris Noth, Boy George and countless others. She is thrilled to now be serving southern Maine with bold, yet elegant, vegan comfort food!
